Knightime Studios is a graphic design and art direction studio helmed by jim pinto, of gaming industry fame. He has over 10 years of art direction, design, copywriting, and web experience. The majority of his work has been in the gaming industry, publishing cards, books, and the like. However, the studio maintains many commercial clients as well (as you can see). This site represents art direction and graphic design over the last few years, including everything from commercial design, editorial content, entertainment packaging, and game publishing. Jim can be contacted at lightning_kid1@juno.com.

Hi. jim pinto here. I'm a game designer (writer, editor, art director) for Alderac Entertainment Group, but this has nothing to do with gaming…
I've written 20+ books (including the Largest Book in Roleplaying History, which is as important as being the guy who photocopied the Treaty of Versailles), seven comic books, three self-published works, a screenplay, a novella, lots of ads, and I presently contribute to six different blogs, while designing and writing on the side.
The point of this site is to give a voice to the sometimes hopeful, but always angry little kid that wants the world to stop being so stupid, but doesn't know how to fix it. Many of these "essays" are an experiment in style. Others are an attempt to shake up the world, beanbag chair at a time. Until then, my barbed and fecund sarcasm will continue shouting at the tempest raging outside my bedroom window.
There are over 600 posts here. If you get a chance, check out any of my books, including this one filled with poems...
